Flowing Lines
Una Chair is a modern and distinctive choice for management and executive level offices, visitors and meeting rooms chairs. The design embraces classic iconography and combines it with a fresh profile and clear identity. The seat support, the armrests and the backrest tensioner form a closed loop in which all structural elements are designed, singularly and as a whole, to create a strong and distinctive sign.
A Flexible Suspension
Una Chair always guarantees excellent sitting comfort and is intended to be used for many hours during the day. Exceptional attention has been paid not only to ergonomic considerations, but also to the conception and development of every detail involved in form and function. The suspension construction properly distributes weight pressure into the seat and backrest area and has excellent ventilation, breathability and heat exchange characteristics.
Long Lasting Details
The supporting structure is made in almost all parts in die cast aluminum, a time resistant material, brought into a form that adds formal quality and perceived value to all details and components. This makes Una Chair a lasting investment that keeps a high value over time and gives an outstanding and individual touch to every representative space.
The technical concept of Una Chair features a monoframe seat and back construction: a flexible and tension-resistant upholstery material is held firmly and tensioned between the side rails of the side frame structure. Comfort is gained through material flexibility. This special construction is contributing to the comfort and to the unique design language of the collection.
The nylon mesh and the elastic X-Mesh have the same features as the padded suspension but enhance air to pass through and ensures perfect breathability and heat exchange. The X-Mesh is made of an elastic monofilament interwoven with a traditional fabric, the seat suspension thus obtained is extremely strong and flexible, minimize pressure peaks and conforms more effectively to personal body than any traditional padding.
The self-supporting seat and back leaf is made of a thin and flexible upholstery tensioned in suspension on the perimeter structure. The fabric upholstery are pressed onto a central layer of high-resistance technical material and two layers of flexible polyurethane. The sheet thus obtained has a series of typical horizontal stripes and is a bearing and flexible structure under the functional aspect, fit to perfectly distribute the weight of the body.

Structure
Éléments latéraux fixés à des éléments transversaux en aluminium moulé sous pression. Le cadre particulier qui en résulte est une construction rigide qui maintient sa forme notamment sous de très fortes sollicitations et qui dans le même temps constitue un support spécifique pour les suspensions en résille et les rembourrages en tissu ou en cuir. Disponible avec dossier bas ou haut et dans trois finitions différentes: polie, chromée ou peinte.
Dossier et assise
L’assise et le dossier sont constitués d’une unique toile flexible en matériau élastique, tendue en suspension sur la structure de pourtour. La toile en résille garantit la transpirabilité et la recirculation de l’air et elle est disponible en résille de nylon (monochromatique - 75 % résine vinylique, 25 % polyester) ou en résille élastique (bichromatique - 70 % élastomère polyester, 30 % polyester). La toile en tissu ou en cuir est moulée en sandwich avec une feuille centrale en matériau technique à haute résistance et deux feuilles en polyuréthane flexible. Pour le revêtement en cuir, l’arrière du dossier est en similicuir avec des assortiments de couleur prédéterminés.
